Day 1
Day 1. In a commitment to improve my health that is concurrent with my quitting smoking for the nth time, I'm logging everything that I eat, do (in terms of exercise), cigarettes smoked, alcoholic beverages consumed. Feel free to chastize the hell out of me when I fuck up. Feel free to join in.
9 am breakfast: Odwalla bar
10:30 am: small bag of pretzels12 pm LUNCH: 1 slice of Sbarros pepperoni pizza. 1/4 slice of Sbarros meat lovers pizza. 1 bowl of ceasar salad. I'm sorry, I was craving it bad! But it turns out Sbarros sucks now

3 pm: Small snack bag of reeses pieces.
6:25 pm DINNER: 1 bagel bite. bite of kids spinach. bite of rice.
Exercises done today: Played tennis for first time in 20+ years. Went to swimming pool with kids.
Cigarettes smoked: 1
Alcoholic bevs: 1 margarita with 1/4 pint of tequila.
