Day 5
Morning: Banana nut Odwalla bar. I pretty much eat these b/c they're high in fiber and better than my old habit of egg and cheese on toast or worse -- the ol #1 from McDs. Bottled water. Couple of pretzels later on. 3 mugs of coffee.
Lunch: 12" cold cut combo (L,T, Hot Pepp, at least i didn't have any mayo). Sun Chips. Orange Fanta Soda. That was dumb. Must get water next time.
Dinner: I made a pork center cut tenderloin with a crushed up salt/pepper, fennil seed, rosemary, dijon mustard, olive oil rub. Served with sliced red skin potatoes. I am a money cook. Ate 2 pieces and about 6 slices of potatoes. Washed down with a beer.
Alcoholic bevs: 2 beers, 1 Mikes Hard Lemonade.

Exercise: Mowed lawn.
Where I could have improved - definitely on the lunch. Get a 6" club and water and baked chips next time. Still need to cut down on the beer and definitely no more smoking! I'm doing really well until I get home and then after the kids hit the sack I usually find myself looking for something to do and I have a smoke. Need to just make myself busy immediately after they go to sleep. I don't even want one and I don't enjoy it and don't usually smoke the whole thing. But for some reason I do it anyway. Stupid cigarettes.
